What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality customer service through a multi-line phone system
- Transfer calls quickly and accurately, assisting in emergency situations
- Troubleshoot problem calls and assist clients with directions to network hospitals
- Utilize appointment scheduler for exams and procedures and answer general veterinary information questions
- Support doctors and staff in improving service delivery to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of successful call center or medical facility experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle a high call volume
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate new software
- Fluent English skills (speaking and reading); fluency in multiple languages is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one year of successful experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience handling a call volume of 80+ calls per day
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology or procedures
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
