      You will partner with the Manger of Talent Acquisition to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the hiring teams and deliver the best talent to MedVet. The position will nurture relationships with veterinary schools and students, effectively recruiting doctors to MedVet's house officer training programs. You are a true contributor to the growth of the company and assists in providing the talent that makes MedVet successful.u00A0

      What you'll do: u00A0
      • Leads MedVet Student Ambassador program for assigned schools, including interviewing, onboarding, and managing ambassadors and overseeing student ambassador activities.u00A0
        • Conducts virtual group meetings with all Student Ambassadors on a monthly basis, meetings occur in non-business hours.u00A0
        • Manages and meets with Student Ambassadors once a month to discuss program and event strategies across the school year.u00A0
        • Manage events and activities including virtual events, university visits, and conferences for recruiting and local team attendance.
      • Responsible for the recruiting and hiring of Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) candidates for assigned regional openings.
      • Maintains and updates database of interns and residents within the US, Canada, other countries as directed, conference contacts and attendees, recruiting event contacts and attendees.u00A0
      • Utilizes software tools such as applicant tracking systems and marketing/contact tools to maximize our outreach to and follow up with potential candidates.u00A0
      • Attends virtual and in person veterinary conferences, job fairs, and university events, travelling annually up to 25%.u00A0
      • Conducts virtual happy hours related to Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP), meetings occur in non-business hours.u00A0
      • Develops monthly reports related to budget, program events, sourcing, and recruiting.u00A0
      • Identifies and develops new opportunities, as well as grows existing veterinary school, conference, in person, and virtual event recruiting activities.
      • Develops and maintains relationships with key contacts at universities, veterinary specialty colleges, and conference organizers as assigned.u00A0
      • Update, manage, and ship inventory from main office for event needs as related to campus events.u00A0
      • Partners with marketing to develop materials for recruiting activities, as well as l everages social media to enhance and support recruiting activities.u00A0

      Who you are: u00A0
      • Recruiting experience strongly desired, campus recruiting strongly desired, veterinary professional experience nice to have.
      • Technologically intuitive; strong personal computer knowledge including proficient level of experience with MS Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook required. u202F u00A0
      • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience. u202F u00A0u00A0
      • Embraces working in cross functional teams and demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence team members who donu2019t report to you or are at a senior level. u202F u00A0
      • Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to change. u202F u00A0
      • Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. u202F u00A0

      • 25% Travel (support university activities and veterinary conferences). u202F u00A0
