What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of BI directors, managers, and professionals
- Partner with stakeholders to integrate BI insights into decision-making processes
- Set vision, priorities, and strategic decisions for successful BI roadmapping
- Direct and oversee strategic and tactical decisions for business intelligence tools and applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree focused on data analytics or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of management experience
- Strong data management and data manipulation skills, including SQL programming
- Experience with healthcare data and data visualization
- Proficiency in leveraging various data sources and analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience analyzing data and communicating results in data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for a wide variety of audiences
- Keen ability to ask incisive and insightful questions to identify core business challenges and opportunities
- Experience with Tableau or other similar business intelligence software
