      Join the M&A Integration team and help impact highly visible deals.

      As a Vice President within the Chase Corporate Development team, you will be a key member responsible for executing on synergies of highly strategic acquisitions, accelerating and transforming Chase’s business. This high-visibility role offers exposure to all aspects of M&A execution, operations, product, and strategy. You will learn about multiple aspects of JPMC’s products, business models and operations with frequent exposure to senior leaders. Reporting to the Integration lead for Chase Corporate Development, you will be fully involved in the full life cycle of acquisitions.

      The Vice President of M&A Integration will report to the Integration lead for Chase Corporate Development. You will be an integral member of this Corporate Development team and will be fully involved in full life cycle of acquisitions.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging external technologies and trends, including potential targets, serving as an advisor to stakeholders throughout the company on the best market intelligence
      • Evaluate strategic opportunities and make recommendations to senior management concerning tactical plans/strategies (including risks) to implement new business growth activities
      • Build scalable processes and best practices for our Corporate Development function
      • Create and deliver communications and status reporting

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Strong written & verbal communication skill
      • Familiarity with reading and understanding legal documents
      • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing responsibilities and deadlines
      • Highly motivated / strong work ethic: Have a proven commitment to respond to and drive time sensitive / mission critical processes operating in a global and matrix-type organization
      • Sound judgment to act autonomously and identify emerging issues and escalate them as required
      • Ability to critically analyze and process high volumes of information and adapt to changing demands all;
      • Strong credibility, candor and good ability to speak directly even when posing dissenting viewpoint
      • Experience in mentoring associates

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
      • Prior M&A or integration experience a plus
      • Highly skilled in developing board-level materials desired
      • Ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills a plus
