Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
Code solutions and unit testing to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.
Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintaining, supporting, and business functionality.
Participate and contribute to delivery/release (CI-CD) events (e.g., branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes).
Apply OO design & Java programming skills using one or multiple J2EE application servers to design and develop large scale, enterprise-wide web applications.
Publish online data and improving consuming experience using Apache Kafka.
Develop Junit test cases, performance testing, optimization, and code analysis through Java development of RESTful Services using Spring Framework, Spring Boot and SOAP Webservices.
Utilize Relational Oracle SQL/PLSQL and No SQL distributed Cassandra DB Technologies for efficient and scalable data management.
Utilize development tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE's, Maven, GIT, and Splunk to streamline the software development process, increase productivity, and improve quality of final product.
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related; and
5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
