- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to promote Cunard's brand identity, products, and services across traditional and digital media platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and endorsements for Cunard.
- Lead crisis communication efforts and manage reputation risks effectively to safeguard the company's image and brand integrity.
- Oversee the creation of compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials that effectively communicate Cunard's unique selling points and value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment and integration of PR initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for proactive PR campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on PR matters, including messaging, positioning, and stakeholder communications.
- Progressive experience in PR, within the travel, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong media relations skills with a network of contacts in the travel, lifestyle, and business media landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Experience managing crisis communications and navigating sensitive issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in media monitoring and measurement tools, as well as social media platforms and analytics.
- Home and office-based hybrid working, working with 3 days per week in the office

Position Overview:
As Cunards Vice President of Public Relations, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a Global PR, influencer and events strategy for Cunard to maintain, raise and evolve the profile of Cunard as the Benchmark for Luxury Travel and as a modern luxury holiday choice. This strategy will encompass all forms of media including national, lifestyle, broadcast, trade and social media and external communication in all of Cunard’s operating markets.
