      About the Role:

      We are recruiting for a Vice President of Global Sales Enablement who will support the growth, ramp and effectiveness of CrowdStrike’s growing global sales organization. The VP of Global Sales Enablement will lead the organization responsible for all enablement efforts, including a best-in-class onboarding experience and a 360-training program (on demand, live in-person, and virtual instructor led). In addition to that, they will oversee and sponsor content & collateral creation to decrease ramp time, drive growth and upskill the entirety of the Sales organization.

      As a key extended member of the Sales leadership team, the Vice President of Global Sales Enablement will develop and execute impactful solutions for transforming Sales onboarding & enablement programs. They will innovate, create, implement, and manage new, cutting-edge programs that align with our company-wide mission and goals.

      This role reports direct to our SVP of Revenue Operations and is a key pillar of the Revenue Operations team. Outside of the day-to-day responsibilities, this position will have a critical impact on the inner workings of our evolving go-to-market organization and the strategies, processes and systems that drive it.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Work in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and the CTO Office to establish enablement priorities & development plans

      • Own the end-to-end Sales onboarding program, building a solid foundational experience that supports an accelerate ramp

      • Leverage performance data to identify knowledge/skills gaps and measure effectiveness, efficiency and productivity improvements

      • Run continuous education & development programs and coaching programs to affect top Sales team performance

      • Own all Sales teams offsite sessions (Sales Kickoff, Leadership Development, ect.), from planning to programming to execution

      • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure that messaging and positioning is consistently deployed across the Sales organization

      • Operationalize marketing content that helps drive better engagement and conversations with prospects & customers

      • Understand market trends to stay competitive and offer solutions that showcase the business value

      What You’ll Need:

      • 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, and/or Sales Enablement within Enterprise SaaS

      • Deep, tangible expertise with LMS platforms across a global team (for example, Seismic or Highspot)

      • Demonstrated ability to create a culture of alignment across the Sales organization

      • Strong understanding of marketing, pre-sales, sales and customer success motions, including content, tools & training

      • Experience building and delivering sales training and onboarding programs

      • Ability to influence key stakeholders including Executive leadership

      • Effective relationship builder with ability to build rapport with cross functional departments

      • Successfully build and manage large scale programs. Global experience is a bonus.

      • Expert level in reporting, data, and analytics

      CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $250,000 - $350,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
