What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns technology initiatives with business goals
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring reliability and security
- Lead the internal IT service desk and support team, setting high standards for customer service
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and data protection policies
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and consultants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience (15+ years) in information technology roles, with several years in senior IT leadership
- Strong technical background in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks and cloud platforms
- Experience administering and optimizing enterprise business systems
- Prior experience leading an IT support or service desk team
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management
