      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategic development and execution of research, data, and professional learning initiatives aligned with the organization's mission
      - Serve as the senior expert on youth data and research, ensuring quality and policy relevance of publications and insights
      - Direct the production of the KIDS COUNT® Data Book and ensure timely, accessible, and actionable data releases
      - Supervise the design and delivery of professional education programming, including webinars and conferences
      - Foster collaboration across departments to ensure data and research insights inform all aspects of the organization's work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in public policy, education, social sciences, data science, or a related field
      - At least 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in data analysis, applied research, or professional education
      - Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience with proven success in team leadership and project execution
      - Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods with a track record of translating data into impactful insights
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for varied audiences
