- Set and execute strategic direction for nationwide operations
- Lead a high-performing, geographically distributed operations team
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address performance feedback
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and TA leadership to meet workforce and budgetary goals
- Oversee operational KPIs, staffing efficiency, service quality, and compliance
- Implement process improvements and scalable systems for seasonal and event-based staffing
- Present operational performance metrics to the COO
- Monitor market trends and client expectations to drive improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or operations (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in high-volume staffing, operations, or event security
- 5+ years in executive or senior leadership roles
- Proven success managing large teams and multi-site operations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, seasonal business is highly preferred
