      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and grow the research team, managing personnel and budget effectively
      - Lead proposal writing for grants, contracts, and philanthropic initiatives
      - Synthesize and disseminate SEL research findings through publications and presentations
      - Collaborate with executive team leaders to enhance research and practice initiatives
      - Translate research findings into accessible tools and materials for various audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in a relevant field such as education, public policy, or psychology
      - Minimum of ten years of experience in conducting research studies and evaluations in PreK-12 education
      - Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders in large school districts
      - Demonstrated ability to secure federal and foundation grants and publish academic articles
      - Strong strategic thinking and project management skills

      - Experience in translating research findings into engaging content for non-academic audiences
      - Track record of delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences
