      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet quarterly and annual sales targets by bringing in new business and growing existing accounts
      - Support maintenance of existing business by managing contracts, up-selling opportunities, and presenting capabilities to new clients
      - Promote new business development initiatives through cold calling and networking at industry events
      - Provide superior customer service by working with Project Managers and Research Managers to execute project specifications
      - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure top-level client experience in all interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
      - 3+ years of market research professional experience preferred
      - 3+ years of proven business development experience required
      - Experience in direct sales above $2.5 MM individual goal yearly
      - Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with CRM software and understanding of KPIs
      - Strong self-discipline and organizational habits
      - Effective use of Excel for data analysis
