Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set short-term and long-term objectives for operational performance.
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality of care.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of provider groups, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational managers and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Provide guidance and support to operational teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with provider groups, stakeholders, and partners to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
Represent the organization in meetings with external partners, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
Communicate operational goals, achievements, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure that all operational activities comply with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare operations and achieving operational goals.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
