      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee a team of 30 enablement professionals responsible for sales onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training
      - Build strategic sales enablement programs to equip sales teams with the right tools and training
      - Develop certification programs tailored to different sales role levels and types
      - Collaborate with various departments to create and deliver high-value sales content to customers
      - Track and report key operational metrics for enablement against strategic sales objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to build relationships and influence all levels within the organization
      - Experience managing and coaching high-performing teams
      - Strong business acumen with the ability to provide practical business insights
      - 10+ years of Sales enablement leadership experience
      - Prior experience leading virtual and global teams in multiple time zones

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales and sales management in a fast-growth enterprise software or technology company
      - Demonstrated expertise in developing role-based training and development curriculum
      - Willingness to travel as needed - estimated 20%
