What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish metrics and objectives for Sales Enablement to enhance sales productivity
- Develop and manage a 12-18 month Sales Enablement curriculum roadmap
- Implement and deliver effective sales playbooks in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing
- Conduct analysis of current sales productivity and identify skills and tools needed for improvement
- Create and update playbooks based on feedback and market demands
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA required; Master's or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement within global B2B organizations
- Proven track record in Field Sales and Field Sales Management with prior quota achievement
- Experience in creating and implementing successful sales processes and training programs
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic)

- Strong ability to create and track metrics demonstrating increases in sales productivity
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
