- Support JP Morgan Chase’s $30B Racial Equity Commitment work by leading Business Development for 150 Community Managers
- Recommend solution options (“how”) to deliver on strategic opportunity (“what”) for our financial health strategy, focused on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams
- Facilitate discussions with senior leaders to gain buy-in on strategy and roadmap, provide clarity on tactics and desired outcomes, and share updates on progress
- Work with finance to develop a scorecard and measure success on business results, provide clarity on tactics and desired outcomes, and share updates on progress
- Partner across functions, including finance, marketing, product, legal, compliance, controls and communications to identify downstream impacts and inter-dependencies to successfully deliver a best-in-class client and banker experience
- Develop and execute small to large scale pilots in order to asses viability of customer solutions and ultimately scale to business functions
- Drive the ongoing assessment and execution of new business development opportunities to deliver financial health at scale
- Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills – ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
- A high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Passionate, authentic, bold and a team player that builds strong relationships with clients, peers, partners and contacts
- Executive presence with strong presentation skills in small and large group settings, with strong communication both verbal and written and the ability to create executive-level summaries
- Self-motivated with proven track record of delivering results, flexibility, adaptability and reliability with minimal supervision, and comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
As a Vice President on the Strategy and Business Development team within Community Banking, you will lead the Nonprofit engagement with partners across Corporate Responsibility as well as the Consumer Bank. You will be responsible for the Community Banking and Business Development team’s effort to build relationships and ensure financial education and product solutions are available within all of the communities we serve.
You will serve as the primary point of contact with Corporate Responsibility. With a focus on framing national non-profit partnerships strategy/initiatives to support the community manager organization and engaging and seeking out potential nonprofit partnerships to help scale impact of the Community Managers in their various communities
You must have the ability to work independently, influence leadership, think strategically, work with the field facing functions, and use analytics to inform decisions.
