      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives
      - Oversee corporate and field-embedded recruitment teams, harmonizing processes while respecting regional differences
      - Lead the evaluation and implementation of innovative recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency
      - Foster a culture of excellence within the talent acquisition team through professional development and collaboration
      - Ensure adherence to local, state, federal, and international hiring regulations while optimizing recruitment metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields preferred
      - 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
      - Proven track record of successfully implementing talent acquisition technologies in complex organizations
      - Experience leading diverse teams in matrix environments, particularly in international operations
      - Strong understanding of compliance requirements and experience in recruiting across various sectors, including aerospace and government

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in a recruitment context
      - Background in engineering, technology, and classified programs sectors
      - Change management expertise with a successful track record in transformation initiatives
      - Ability to influence at all organizational levels and build cross-functional partnerships
      - Strong analytical capabilities to develop and analyze recruitment metrics
