- Drive balance sheet strategy by bridging Corporate Treasury with asset generators and deposit gatherers across the company
- Develop frameworks that enable optimization of financial resources across Capital, Liquidity, and IRR
- Create executive presentations for senior management to enable analysis and discussion
- Monitor developments in the industry, regulatory landscape, and company
- Produce peer-banks intelligence
- Degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or economics preferred. MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA preferred
- At least three years of experience working at a Bank’s Corporate Treasury and/or ALM
- Knowledge of capital rules and RWA calculations desirable but not required.
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
- The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, have a sense of ownership and the ability to work with other teams.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Treasury and ALM II to join our Balance Sheet and Capital Strategy team. The Balance Sheet and Capital Strategy team sits within the Capital arm of BNY’s Corporate Treasury department primarily focused on optimizing the firm’s Capital consumption. The group also serves as coordinator to bring a holistic view of cross-risk analyses when making strategic decisions. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PGH - HYBRID.
