What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct individual needs assessments for victims/survivors of alcohol and drugged driving crashes
- Create and implement tailored case management action plans for victims
- Conduct community needs assessments and develop appropriate victim services programs
- Establish outreach strategies to reach victims and survivors of drunk and drugged driving crashes
- Maintain accurate case records, statistical information, and grant reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field of study
- Minimum of one year of experience in victim advocacy or grief support work
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in case management or grief support work
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
