What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, coordinate, and support video conferences and virtual meetings using Cisco Webex
- Install, maintain, and support Webex video conference systems and rooms with advanced AV integration
- Act as a consultant and liaison with third-party vendors for AV/Webex deployments
- Assist with tracking metrics of adoption around Webex and other responsibilities as assigned by leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Webex-related inquiries and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three years of responsible experience in technical systems software, including database management and telecommunications
- Knowledge of Cisco portfolio for meeting gear, including Room Kits and cameras
- Familiarity with AV integration products, including Audinate for Dante Domain Manager
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted
- All finalists for positions are subject to a criminal background check applicable to the department or position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of experience with Cisco's Webex portfolio, including managing Webex events and troubleshooting via the control hub
- Experience working with third-party vendors for AV integrations and Webex deployments
- Certification in Cisco, preferably a CCNA or completion of the 500-701 VID or 500-710 VII exams
- Two years of experience supporting Cisco UC or other VoIP-related solutions
- Experience leading projects for advanced AV integration and Webex deployments
