What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer contracts and relationships for video solutions, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA)
- Act as a single point of contact for contract management and service delivery for customers
- Coordinate the execution of service agreements, deployment of resources, and case management
- Build and maintain value-added relationships to become a trusted advisor for service delivery
- Monitor technical performance and provide updates on service requests within the customer's environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Management, Technology, or at least 5 years of Customer Service Management experience
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Strong command of oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with video solution deployment methodologies and quality processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle sustainment account management or customer support/account management in video solutions
- Understanding of Motorola Solutions products and services
- Experience with Oracle / SCDR / Q2SC tools for contract management
- Knowledge of forecasting and business acumen related to cost/revenue/margin
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools and Microsoft business software
