Video Editor / Videographer Intern

- Film and edit short- and long-form video for YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, ads, and our website.
- Cut interviews/webinars into tight narratives; add b-roll, lower thirds, captions, calls-to-action, and light motion graphics.
- Own the full post pipeline: ingest, selects, assembly, audio cleanup, color balance, rough/fine cuts, exports, and versioning.
- Create scroll-stopping thumbnails and optimized aspect-ratio variants
- Package reusable assets (intros/outros, transitions, SRTs, templates) and maintain tidy project files.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to hit brand voice, performance goals, and deadlines.
- Assistant with podcast production and promotion
- A portfolio/reel showcasing crisp editing, pacing, and story flow (please include links).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut, Opus clips or Canva). Basic After Effects (or equivalent) for titles and light motion
- Working knowledge of audio mixing (noise reduction, EQ, leveling) and color fundamentals.
- Fluency with codecs, frame rates, proxies, and export specs for each platform.
- Interest / experience in AI marketing tools
Strong attention to detail (subtitles synced, branding consistent, filenames organized). - Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and manage multiple timelines independently.
- Bonus points: DaVinci Resolve, Audition, motion graphics chops, interviewing chops, basic design/thumbnailing.
- How to translate brand strategy and analytics into edits that perform.
- A practical workflow for scaling content across channels and formats.
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Content, and Product.
- ~20 hours per week; schedule is flexible within business hours.
- Internship is ongoing with potential to extend or based on performance and needs.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Video Editor Intern to turn raw footage into thumb-stopping videos that grow our brand. At Fellow, our mission is to transform how teams collaborate and make meetings productive for everyone. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Video Editor Intern (part-time, ~20 hrs/week) who will play a pivotal role in bringing our AI Meeting Assistant to life through compelling video. In this role, you’ll make a real impact by crafting short- and long-form content across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and our website; shaping our visual storytelling and content strategy; and delivering a world-class viewer experience from thumbnail to final export.
