Lead the production of multi-format video content including how-to videos, cookalong online events, product demos, franchise series, events, in-store POS videos, recipe shoots and commercial content for various platforms.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define video content strategies that align with brand and campaign objectives.
Manage video production workflows, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
Supervise the entire video production process, from pre-production (concept development, storyboarding, guiding content creators) to filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring consistency in style, tone and branding.
Work with external vendors and partners, including freelance videographers, production companies, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure that video content meets performance goals, with a focus on audience engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance content quality and efficiency.
Proven experience (10+ years) in video production, with a strong portfolio of diverse content (e.g., how-to videos, product demos, event content)
Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and other relevant production tools.
Ability to use AI tools creatively and strategically, freeing up time for greater creativity and innovation.
Experience managing video production from concept to delivery, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
Strong understanding of video formats and requirements for social media, online platforms, in-store screens, and events
Ability to lead a team and work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality content
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of how to create compelling, engaging video content that aligns with business goals

Role Purpose
A creative and dynamic Video Lead to drive the creation, management, and delivery of high-quality video content across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Content Director, this role will focus on editorial-driven video content, in-store screens, event coverage and supplier-funded content for online platforms. You will oversee a talented team of content creators — external—and collaborate with editorial, creative, and commercial teams to craft engaging, impactful video content that resonates with passionate food lovers.
