What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture and deliver high-quality video of live performances using computer software and on-board recording
- Monitor audio recordings during live events to ensure quality
- Set up and troubleshoot video equipment and computers for optimal performance
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance video quality through stage lighting adjustments
- Manage, back up, and organize video files post-event for quality assurance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in livestreaming operations (sports, dance, or similar)
- Strong understanding of video capture and camera troubleshooting
- Basic Windows OS troubleshooting and computer networking skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to varied travel arrangements
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude during long workdays in dynamic environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OBS and ATEM switcher software
- Proficiency in cable management and protocol
- Strong reading comprehension and communication skills
- Ability to deliver smooth, consistent video quality
