What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and manage the entire media production process, from capture to post-production
- Develop and manage the long-form media content strategy for various audiences and platforms
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager for editing and media organization
- Train local restoration partners on media equipment and content creation
- Catalog and maintain the media content library while implementing efficient management tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of film and photography production experience, preferably in conservation or climate change
- Proven skills in data asset management applications
- Excellent storytelling abilities, including creating storyboards and scripts
- High-level editing skills with knowledge of video settings and technical gear
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or significant experience with work examples
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in diverse cultural environments and sensitivity to local customs
- Active international scuba or free-dive certification or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong attention to detail in written communication
