      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a virtual point of contact for advisors' offices, providing task ownership and coordination with various departments
      - Collaborate with internal operational teams to research and resolve complex issues
      - Manage client data in the employer's CRM platform to prepare reports and client meetings
      - Submit money movement requests and work with partner departments to resolve related issues
      - Build relationships and provide high-level customer service consistently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience working in a financial advisory firm or relevant experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of CRM applications
      - Strong written communication skills and ability to take detailed and accurate notes
      - Superior problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to task execution
      - Highly refined time management and organizational skills

      - Experience in a financial advisory firm is preferred
