      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate inbound calls, qualifying customers, and warm transferring to the appropriate teams
      - Drive sales through consultative selling and contribute to personal and team sales goals
      - Follow up with vendors and stores on customer projects to expedite and communicate timelines
      - Provide assistance with the online configurator tool and address general inquiries
      - Perform additional job duties as assigned by the manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Design and Retail, Specialty Retail, Outside Sales, or Trade
      - Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, and resolve grievances with customers
      - Consultative selling experience
      - Passion for providing excellent customer service
      - Expertise in current appliance offerings and installation procedures
