What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact via email
- Administrative projects such as preparing spreadsheets and process improvement documents
- Social media marketing projects on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Organize and manage coaches' schedules
- Perform data entry and organization tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or in a relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies like CRM software and MS 365
- Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work during EST hours and be flexible when needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Social Media marketing
- Additional qualifications as an Administrator and/or Customer Service agent are a plus
