      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform various administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant
      - Accurately input and manage information within the company database
      - Maintain up-to-date filing systems and manage a contact list
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to emails and phone calls
      - Schedule meetings and book travel accommodations as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
      - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment
      - Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
