      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant
      - Accurately capture and input information into the company database
      - Maintain updated filing systems and manage a contact list
      - Schedule meetings and book travel accommodations as needed
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

      - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
      - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
      - High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20Mbps
