      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant
      - Accurately capture and input information into the company database
      - Maintain and update filing systems and manage contact lists
      - Respond to emails and phone calls while scheduling meetings and booking travel
      - Create presentations and prepare customer spreadsheets as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
      - Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective time management
      - Must have a wired, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20Mbps

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
      - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
