      • Support (phone and email)
      • Prospect mining
      • Hubspot maintenance
      • Pipeline tracking
      • Linkedin building

      Responsibilities

      1. Answering the phone during business hours (doesn’t ring often) to deal with support and
      booking sales calls for LD (to be booked by our automated workflow)
      2. Manage support email/chat (via helpscout), pushed to LD/Team when outside of normal
      queries as a support ticket. Schedule calls with LD for prospects.
      3. Social Media Posting (on a schedule with content provided by LD) using a software tool
      like Buffer of Hypefury
      4. Database mining - collecting contact info and finding sales leads for identified targets,
      specifically upcoming listings, new listings without solution and clients with no solution
      (resources where data exists provided).
      5. Linkedin - building connections for LD when he has had contact with people (as per
      Hubspot)
      6. Content research for content (blog, social media) on an ad-hoc basis
      7. Sourcing images for blog posts (or generation using AI) on an ad-hoc basis
      8. Hubspot maintenance including new client list, delisted companies, prospects' current
      solution etc (resourced for the data will be provided)
      9. Sales pipeline tracking
      10. Creation of procedures for each portion of the business process

      • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Experience in customer support
      • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
      • Self-motivated with an ability to work in a remote environment
      • Proficiency with Google Office tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive
      • Proficiency in Notion
      • Proficiency with LinkedIn and Twitter
      • Proficiency with Hubspot CRM
      • High-speed internet connection

      Work Schedule

      • Monday to Friday, 6AM - 3PM

      Work Location

      • Homebased

      Must have an excellent internet connection with at least 20MBPS

      Must be willing to use own equipment (at least i3 with 8GB RAM)
