What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a variety of administrative duties and accurately input information into the company database
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems and manage a contact list
- Respond to emails and phone calls, schedule meetings, and book travel arrangements
- Prepare customer spreadsheets, create presentations, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow policies and procedures set by department leadership while completing tasks efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Wired, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20Mbps
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute
- Prior experience in a team-based environment
