What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct and control work within the Virtual Estimating Team
- Review and approve damage and settlement amounts
- Train and develop staff to achieve high-quality performance standards
- Audit casework for quality assessment and accuracy
- Perform salary administration and performance evaluation of staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 to 5 years of appraisal experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products and Auto Estimating Software
- Auto Appraisal and/or Adjusters licenses in multiple states preferred
- Proficient with data analytics and metrics for tracking results
- Ability to travel out of state for special projects and catastrophe claim handling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Auto Appraiser or Adjuster
- Additional licensing in relevant states
