What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take a proactive approach to determine service needs, suggesting appropriate services to customers and generating sales leads
- Assist and engage customers with financial transactions via two-way video conference
- Issue cash advances on credit cards for customers with proper identification
- Accept loan payments
- Sell or refer Bank services to customers and potential customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, banking information systems, and video conferencing software
- Comfort with being viewed by customers through a video screen and communicating through video conferencing
- Ability to provide excellent customer service while exhibiting dedication to Forcht Bank’s mission, vision, and values
- Ability to promote and cross sell bank products and meet referral goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Communications, or another relevant field
- Banking or retail sales experience
