What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach
- Acquire and deepen client relationships using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach
- Engage and educate customers, establish trust, and build lasting relationships
- Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Outstanding financial planning skills and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Strong team orientation with a commitment to a long-term career
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
