What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned customers and build lasting relationships virtually
- Offer tailored product and service recommendations to address customer's financial needs
- Share and set up self-service options for customers to access their accounts anytime
- Connect customers to specialists for specialized financial needs
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Act with a customer-first attitude and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Ability to make personal connections and build trust with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong desire to educate and connect customers to technology
- Ability to learn quickly and accurately and deliver solutions that meet customer's needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one year experience as a Virtual Banker II or in retail banking sales, financial services sales, or consultative relationship sales
- College degree or military equivalent strongly preferred
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and life licenses required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
