      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist attorneys in preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related legal documents
      - Communicate with clients, creditors, and court personnel to gather necessary information and documentation
      - Manage and organize case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
      - Prepare for hearings, including the 341 Meeting of Creditors
      - Collaborate effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure smooth workflow and effective case management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of three years of recent experience as a paralegal, specifically in Bankruptcy
      - Proficient knowledge of bankruptcy laws, procedures, and court rules
      - Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail
      - Experience using bankruptcy software, such as BestCase, and case management software, such as Clio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Chapter 11 bankruptcy
      - Expertise in another area of law, such as family law or litigation
      - Familiarity with cloud-based practice management software
      - Strong research and analytical skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
