What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
- Design, monitor, and report on individualized Behavior Plans
- Provide direct behavioral treatment, including skills training and crisis de-escalation
- Participate in relevant committees and provide individualized services to meet treatment needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Documented completion of 10 hours of continuing education training annually
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information in various settings

- Specialized training in applied behavior principles and interventions
- Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Familiarity with crisis management procedures and behavior monitoring techniques
