      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
      - Provide expertise on behavioral issues as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs)
      - Conduct behavior plan assessments, design, training, monitoring, and reporting
      - Deliver direct behavioral treatment through various training and coaching methods
      - Participate in relevant committees and on-call rotations for behavior issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
      - Minimum of two years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
      - Completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
      - Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
      - Ability to effectively communicate and present information in various settings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Specialized training or experience in applied behavior principles
      - Familiarity with crisis management procedures
      - Experience in monitoring and training for restraint reduction
      - Knowledge of policies and procedures related to behavioral health
