      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate sales from inbound calls and follow up with potential customers to promote Comcast Business Services
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software on a daily basis
      - Manage customer relationships from the initial call through to resolution or appropriate escalation
      - Deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing Comcast Business Services professionally
      - Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 0-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual environment
      - Availability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
      - Must reside within Comcast's Central Division, covering specific states

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in telesales or inbound sales environments
      - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
      - Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
