      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate patient flow by reviewing records, assisting with patient consent, and conducting initial patient screening for virtual health visits
      - Provide technical support and coordination to virtual care patients and caregivers, ensuring they can navigate and utilize virtual health services
      - Troubleshoot and assist patients in connecting to virtual oncology care on various devices
      - Communicate pertinent information for upcoming visits and ensure productivity standards are met
      - Perform outbound calls to patients and caregivers, offering proactive technical support for virtual care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related field providing customer service, patient care support, or healthcare administration
      - Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or applicable Military Training; experience as an Oncology Technician or Pharmacy Technician also accepted
      - Ability to learn and use multiple health-related systems, including Capstone, Cerner, and virtual health platforms
      - Knowledge of system support to assist others with downloads and troubleshooting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare and/or technology support
      - Experience in an outpatient clinic setting
      - Familiarity with Capstone for appointment modification, scheduling, and reading provider templates
