What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct continuous remote monitoring of residents to ensure safety and well-being
- Communicate with facility nurses regarding privacy adjustments and care needs
- Obtain and relay important information from nurses about resident care and conditions
- Identify safety risks and escalate assistance needs to nursing staff as required
- Collaborate with team members to address changing resident needs and provide support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with internet and intranet navigation
