What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to ensure program compliance through daily verification of Virtual Clinical Discussion Trackers
- Maintain CRM accounts and contacts to ensure accurate metric reporting
- Generate and format program reports for management on a regular basis
- Monitor communication templates with healthcare providers
- Attend necessary meetings and contribute positively to team dynamics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM system platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

- Previous experience in a compliance support or administrative role within the healthcare or life sciences industry
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
