What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote a culture of virtual building among internal and external stakeholders
- Support three or more projects concurrently with oversight from the VDC Manager
- Develop and maintain self-perform model and drawing tracking logs for all projects
- Actively contribute to project BIM Coordination meetings and provide real-time solutions
- Lead layout training related to digital content and the use of Robotic Total Station

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of layout and foreman experience in metal framing and drywall
- Thorough understanding of firestopping/fireproofing systems related to metal framing and drywall
- Strong overall knowledge of building construction sequencing and building systems
- Proficient in the use of Robotic Total Station for layout activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in Structsoft/MWF software
- Familiarity with BIM Coordination software such as Revizto and Navisworks
- Understanding of CPM scheduling and its interaction with VDC activities
- Fundamental understanding of framing and drywall building codes
- Thorough understanding of STC ratings and their relationship with metal framing and drywall components
