  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
  - Serve as the main point of contact for BIM-related questions and concerns within the project team
  - Lead project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings
  - Review and validate current standards and procedures for effectiveness
  - Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and file archival between disciplines and external partners
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field; 5 years preferred
  - Strong knowledge of Revit with an emphasis on project setup and model management
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with all levels of colleagues and clients
  - Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans and models
  - Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues
  - High level of professionalism in all interactions
