What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
- Serve as the main point of contact for BIM-related inquiries from the project team
- Lead project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings
- Standardize workflows and practices between offices and teams
- Run clash detection reports and participate in the BIM coordination process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, with 5 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of Revit, particularly in project setup and model management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans and models
- Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues
- High level of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues and clients
