What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain parametric Revit content for commercial plumbing, mechanical piping, and electrical detailing
- Build and maintain manufacturer-specific ITM content for various piping and electrical projects
- Create reports and labels for output from Revit to fabrication for spooling, detailing, and procurement
- Provide user support on fabrication through Revit and related Autodesk software
- Monitor and uphold standards for content development, model conversions, and file management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience building content and maintaining ITMs, RFA’s, labor, and cost data for Autodesk Fabrication CADmep/ESTmep
- Understanding of the BIM/VDC process and workflows
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Bluebeam Revu PDF software
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality on projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Intermediate software knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, and Autodesk Fabrication ESTmep
