  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Ability to take written and verbal direction
  - Strong interpersonal skills to relate to the public and team members in a friendly manner
  - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  - Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ policies and procedures for guest service
  - Ability to operate a computer effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge and skill equivalent to four years of high school
  - Experience working with the public in a service industry is preferred
