What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients to determine technical requirements and solutions for virtual events
- Manage logistics, including scheduling, testing, and ensuring smooth operations during live shows
- Provide on-site technical support for audio-visual systems and equipment during events
- Record, edit, and archive webcasts and other digital programs
- Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring optimal functionality for all events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in audio-visual media support and live event broadcasting
- Extensive knowledge of audio/visual and conferencing technologies, including webcasting and streaming media
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and endure long periods of standing, walking, and sitting
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with video and audio technical support for digital programs, such as podcasts
- Familiarity with current editing hardware and software for high-quality production
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to changing priorities
